At L’Aiglon, the Grand Aigle’s restaurant in Serre Chevalier, the mountains are as much a source of inspiration as they are a pleasure to savour.
Our menu evolves with the seasons, showcasing fresh ingredients through generous, flavourful and carefully crafted cuisine. Mountain classics sit alongside more contemporary creations, offering an experience to suit every taste.
And because no meal would be complete without a touch of indulgence, our Pastry Chef creates delicious sweet treats every day to bring your dining experience to the perfect close.
Take a seat, enjoy the surroundings and let yourself be guided by the Chef’s inspiration.
After a wonderful day in the mountains, all that’s left to do is sit back, get comfortable and let us take care of the rest.

BREAKFAST
Our continental buffet breakfast is made up of delicious dishes, it is included in the price of your room and the supplement for room service is 5€ per person.
It is served from 7:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Our breakfast is also open to external guests (€21 per person).
HALF-BOARD
After a day in the mountains, enjoy a delicious evening at L’Aiglon. With our Half-Board option, breakfast and dinner are included so you can make the most of your stay at Grand Aigle.
Each evening, enjoy a different menu featuring a starter, a choice of two main courses and a dessert. And because a stay in Serre Chevalier wouldn’t be complete without a few mountain favourites, you can also replace the main course with a raclette or fondue, available on request at least 24 hours in advance.
The evening menu is €42 per adult and €21 per children aged between 3 to 10, inclusive. Drinks are not included.

You Snack menu is available at the bar from 6pm to 9pm.
THE BAR
You are welcome to linger for a while in a cosy atmosphear by the fireplace : Cocktails and mocktails, warm dinks and sweets or tapas are here for you.
